CALIFORNIA: The very popular, charming and energetic host of ‘Good Morning America’, Josh Elliott, has decided to quit the show. The reason for quitting the show is believed to be the failed negotiation between the host and the channel.
The popular face of ‘Good Morning America’ will no longer be seen. The top rated ABC show has lost its most credible and appealing part as its charming host has made up his mind to bid adieu to the show. According to reports, Josh had asked for a whopping $10 million annual contract from ABC. However, the channel could only offer a $5 million contract. Josh was working on a $1 million contract and huge popularity of the show made him ask the hike.
The news channel felt that $5million was a good and generous raise for the presenter. Josh seemed to have a better idea of his popularity though and countered the channel’s demand with $10 Million. It has been surprising news for many as they did not expect Josh to quit so suddenly. The large fan base of the show is certainly going to be dismayed and many has expressed that they are utterly disappointed with the decision.
He took to micro blogging site twitter to confirm the news and said that he will cherish the moments he spent at the show.

The number one morning show will replace Josh Elliot with Amy Robach who was previously associated with NBC. Amy Robach recently came into news for successfully battling breast cancer. Even though Josh Elliott will leave the show, but he will be missed and remembered for his presence in the morning on ABC.
